Got questions? Great – we’ve got answers. Here’s an overview of commonly asked (and not so common!) questions…

When Should I Arrive To Check-In?

You can arrive anytime during the duration of the event – between 10 AM – 3 PM. However, we recommend getting there as early as you can so you get to see all the bands and have time to enjoy all the other festivities. Last call is at 2:30 and the festival is over at 3 PM.

Can I bring a water bottle?

Yes! Please stay hydrated. The weather is 80 degrees and partly sunny, so please drink lots of water and wear sunscreen. We’ll have water bottle filling stations located at the park. No other outside beverages will be allowed through security.

Can I buy more drinks at the event?

100%! In addition to your included 6 drink tickets, you’ll have the opportunity to buy additional tickets throughout the duration of the event. Tickets will be available for $3.50 each or $18 for another strip of 6 tickets. You will be able to pay by cash or credit. Last call will be at 2:30 PM to ensure ample time to finish drinks before end of event.

Can I buy more food at the event?

Yes! All food tents will be able to accept CASH ONLY for additional food purchases. We will have a cash machine onsite for your convenience. In addition to our Blue Door and Hi-Lo Diner food tents, Mojo Monkey will be onsite with specialty donuts for the event.

Will there be non-alcoholic options available at the event?

Yes! The main bar will have limited soda pop’s and juices. We’ve also arranged to have ‘The Wandering Mug’ coffee food truck on site. They’ll be accepting drink tickets for specialty coffees, teas, and other drinks! These drinks will also be available for purchase with cash and credit.

I can’t find my ticket – please, Help!

You should have received your Confirmation Email, which includes a link to your ticket(s), immediately after ticket purchase. Please check your promotions folder and your spam. Still can’t find it? Bring your ID to Check-In, and we can use it in place of your physical ticket.

Is this event kid friendly?

We love your kids. However, our permit with the city of St. Paul does not allow us to have any children within the park during the duration of the event.

Where is parking for the event?

There are four nearby lots within 2-4 blocks of Upper Landing Park, where you’ll be able to park. Please CLICK HERE to view those nearby lots. Remember, parking is not included in your ticket so please plan accordingly.

Will there be bike parking at the event?

Yes, we will happily be providing bike parking for the event. However, you will need to make sure it is removed after the event as the racks provided are temporary. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Where’s My Metro Transit Pass?

As part of your ticket, you gain access to a complimentary Metro Transit pass that is good from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. To plan your route, check out their online trip planner at or call their experts at 612-373-3333. Click here to access and print your Metro Transit pass.

Can I bring my own chair or blanket?

Yes, if you’d like to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit in the grass – that is great!

I Can No Longer Go To Brunch-A-Palooza – Can I Get A Refund?

We are not able to offer refunds. However you may sell/transfer your ticket to another 21+ individual. You can simply forward your e-ticket to the new holder and they can use that at time of check-in. If you’d like to have the new ticket holder’s name updated on the ticket, we can do that if requested 7 days prior to the event. Simply forward your confirmation email to with the full name(s) of the original ticket holders along with the full name(s) and email of the 21+ individual to whom you’d like to transfer your ticket.
